Mono City Tote Outline Unikko 54X25cm
The Mono City Tote is made of organic cotton, and it features the Piirto Unikko pattern, which is printed in Helsinki. The large Marimekko “M” is printed in the front. The bag has both short and long handles, and an open pocket on the outside. There are drawstrings at the sides that can be used to tighten the opening and change the silhouette of the bag.
The year 2024 marks the 60th anniversary of Unikko, one of the most recognized Marimekko print designs in the world. Piirto Unikko is a stylized, airy variation of the beloved floral created by Maija Isola in 1964. It nods to minimalism while emphasizing the graphic lines of the Unikko pattern.
