Sidefame loyalty program is our customer and community program that provides you versatile member benefits.


By also subscribing to our newsletter, you will receive information about current member benefits, product tips and care instructions as well as other news from the Sidefame world.

Active membership will be rewarded – by accumulating points from your spending that you can achieve even better benefits


As a member, you will receive 1 point / 1.5 point (for ANTEPRIMA WIREBAG) for every purchase, when identified as a member in Sidefame stores or online store. By collecting more points, you can achieve even better benefits.


Spending points are collected in seasonal basis starting from 26 April to 31 October and 1 November to 25 April. This is a standard collection period, during which the points you collect will determine your benefit level for the designated season period.


There are two levels of benefits. The availability of benefits may vary depending on the time and brand.

T&Cs of the Sidefame loyalty program

  1.  Sidefame Group's (referred to in these terms and conditions as “Sidefame”) customer loyalty program provides benefits to the members of the program. A member must be at least fifteen (15) years of age. Member benefits can be used in Sidefame stores and online store www.sidefame.com.hk.
  2. Sidefame processes the personal data of the members of the customer loyalty program in accordance with the Privacy Statement. A member undertakes to keep their username and password confidential and is responsible for the actions taken with them.
  3. Member benefits are intended for use by individuals only, and, for example, not for resale purposes. Membership is personal, and only the member can make purchases associated with the customer loyalty program, unless otherwise specified.
  4. A member earns one point / 1.5 point (for ANTEPRIMA WIREBAG items) for every purchase, when identified in Sidefame store or online store. Each full HK$1 entitles to one point. For example, if a member makes a one-time purchase of HK$200 (all brand items except ANTEPRIMA WIREBAG), they will receive a total of 200 points. If a member makes a one-time purchase of HK$200 of ANTEPRIMA WIREBAG, they will receive a total of 300 points. Points are calculated from the checkout total sum, excluding shipping costs. Points accumulated from individual brand cannot be combined.
  5. Points are not earned for purchases under HK$1. Only those purchases in connection with which the membership has been identified contribute to the accrual. If the membership has not been identified in connection with the purchase, the purchase cannot be added to the purchase accumulation afterwards, and purchases made at different purchase times or receipts cannot be combined. In addition, points cannot be linked from different accounts to a single account.
  6. In order for Sidefame to serve the members of the customer loyalty program in the best possible way, members should update their contact information as they change. A member can update their contact information themselves by filling in the form here or by contacting customer service: customerservice@sidefame.com.hk.
  7. A member can resign from Sidefame customer loyalty program at any time without a notice by contacting customerservice@sidefame.com.hk or contacting our store staff. Direct marketing permission can be cancelled by clicking on the link in the newsletter. Sidefame also updates its customer register with email queries. If a member does not respond to the survey, Sidefame may terminate the membership and remove the member's information from the customer loyalty program.
  8. If Sidefame suspects that a member is using membership offers or other benefits for resale purposes or otherwise violates these terms and conditions, Sidefame has the right not to provide benefits and terminate the membership.
  9. Sidefame has the right, without separate personal notice, to terminate the customer loyalty program and change its terms and conditions, such as the benefits offered in the program. Changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated by posting the updated terms on Sidefame’s website.
