1. Available in denomination of HKD500 and HKD1000, the Gift Card is designed for one-time use only, any remaining value on the Gift Card will be forfeited after use.
2. The Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of purchase until end of month in the next year, please refer to the issue date printed on the card holder or visit our store for assistance.
3. For the value or expiry date of your Gift Card, visit any of our brands/stores in Hong Kong for assistance.
4. The Gift Card is redeemable by the Gift Card holder as full or part payment for goods, including outlet shops but excluding Pop-up shops, e-shop, department stores and consignment counters.
5. Any remaining value on the Gift Card will be forfeited upon the Card expiry.
6. Items settled by Gift Card cannot be exchanged and refunded.
7. Loyalty Program Bonus Point will be eligible at the time of goods redemption.
8. The Gift Card cardholder must maintain secure possession and good condition of the Gift Card and The Company is not responsible or liable for any losses and/or damage nor if Gift Card is used without permission of the cardholder.
9. The value on the Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. In case of dispute, the decision of The Company shall be final.
