Welcome to SIDEFAME GROUP. By making a purchase at our retail store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Purchases
All purchases made at brands managed by SIDEFAME GROUP are subject to these Terms of Service.
2. Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy
General Policy: Customers may exchange or return items within 10 days of purchase, provided that the items are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if an item is returned within the specified period and meets the conditions above.
Sale/Discount Items: All sale or discounted items are final sale. No refunds or returns will be accepted unless there is a fatal quality issue with the product.
Quality Issues: If a product has a fatal quality issue, customers must report the issue within 10 days of purchase. Proof of purchase and photographs of the defect may be required for assessment.
3. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Used or worn items
• Items without original tags attached on
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items (unless they have quality issues)
4. Payment Methods
We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit card, digital payment and cash. All payments must be made at the time of purchase.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that items purchased are suitable for their needs. We recommend trying on clothing and checking sizes before completing a purchase.
6. Liability Limitation
Sidefame Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any products purchased from our store.
7. Modifications to Terms
Sidefame Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting in-store and/or on our website.

PRIVACY POLICY
We only use your personal information in accordance our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read this carefully, as it includes important information about how we collect and use your data. By using the Website, you consent to the use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Platform are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered, we may, at our sole discretion, decide to cancel your order. If this happens, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible.
(a) Prices are in Hong Kong Dollars. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Final Total’.
(b) We are under no obligation to fulfil your Order if the price listed on the Platform is incorrect (even after your Order has been acknowledged by us).
Mobile Terms of Service

The SIDEFAME LTD mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by SIDEFAME LTD (“SIDEFAME LTD”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to SIDEFAME LTD’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of SIDEFAME LTD through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with SIDEFAME LTD. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other SIDEFAME LTD mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
